The first round of interview was excel test such as index n match, pivottable, indirect etc.
Second round of interview was more about your exp and reason for looking for change. Last round HR discussion. I would advice the candidate need to go through the CV well bcs more question comes from CV

They will make you sit from 9AM, start the interview process after 11AM and just to share the aptitude and written round result make you wait till 5:30PM. really unorganised. By the time you will be up for the real Ops round you will be completely exhausted. it will not happen before 5PM. just because a jobseeker is in need they keep quiet and go through this entire harassment by the HR and Ops managers.

tiresome never gave the interview as they had to go home because they made us wait their entire shift
