Interview
Barclays has a very clear Interview process and is well organised, albeit a bit slow. Efficient in providing feedback which wasn’t necessary as it was non-constructive and mainly negative connotations. If this is the kind of language used - I wouldn’t want to work there nor be a customer!
Brief hiring screen with a recruiter followed by a panel interview with the team the successful candidate would join. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing from the panel or the recruiter, despite my reaching out for an update. A simple, automated "thanks, but no thanks" would have sufficed. Ghosting is really poor form.

Interview
Interview was smooth and quick turnaround. It was over teams with panel of two people that was organised via an agency. I was not successful, quite honestly don't know why, as this was the second round interview with them.

How would you manage disruptive colleagues that did not agree with Scrum?
It did not feel like an interview. It was a nice and relaxed experience. The interviewers were warm and friendly, and very relatable. It was a mix of light-hearted discussions and interview questions, which greatly helped to take a way nervousness.
