Interview
Two Round. The first one is more about behavior, the second is more technical. Did two IQ test and two programming problem. They are simple. The interviewer asked lots of questions about my projects on resume so make sure to prepare for it. Other normal question, like why our company, what can you do in our company etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
First stage: Online assessments. Pretty self explanatory, simple maths and cognitive tests.
Second stage:
Solo video answering questions. These questions are behavorial questions in style. They also have a mix of personality questions that are multiple choice.
Third stage:
Virtual assessment centre. Two interviews with a mix of behavorial and "technical" questions. The technical questions are not very technical, They asked a general question and I related it to my personal projects.

Question 1
Name a time you had to work to a deadline that if you did not meet there would be great consequences.
I completed my initial application by submitting my resume and answering some personal questions. Then, I received a link to complete some tests(behavioural and logical reasoning). After I completed these tests, I received a link to take a coding test. After these, I didn;t hear back from them.
