Application was straight forward, it was followed by standard personality tests and a situational test of watching 21 short videos and, using multiple choice, answering how you would handle them. Then got a call from the recruitment team that talked me through the process, my expectations and experiences etc. Then had a competency interview with two senior managers. Up until this point the process from application to interview was a little slow but otherwise ok. Since my interview I have heard absolutely nothing, despite now one month having passed since my interview. I have chased the recruitment team twice and still nothing and I've since noticed the job be re-advertised. It's just so poor that the organisation thinks it's ok to ghost a candidate that got to final stage and not give them the respect to just communicate.
