Competency based interview, if you prep well interview will be easy. They give you the structure beforehand and as long as you follow this and have good examples using the STAR method you can’t really go wrong. Excellent interviewer, put to ease during this and they gave me a good indication it had gone well before leaving the interview. You just research AML and examples of ML before hand as that will come up. I had no experience in those specific areas but had researched prior, seemed to be reciting on skill set rather than experience in specific area. A good experience all round.

I would say the interview process was fair. Friendly interviewers asked detailed questions about my field and background. It can be nerve-wracking for job seekers, but my recent Barclays interview was surprisingly pleasant. The interviewers put me at ease and made it feel like a conversation. Their specific questions showed they were serious about finding the right candidate.
