I got to Barclays through college placements. The process was very seemless. There were just 2 rounds. First was online assessment round with few aptitude questions and DSA.
The second was interview and managerial round.

great chat with two very interesting leaders of the company it was a nice experience to ask lots of detailed questions which proved invaluable, they did not rush your answers or cut you off

It was good, first call with recruiter 10 min and then a technical interview with 3 people in teams, they ask a lot of questions about web development and etc.
