Really easy from a timeframe - within 2 weeks offered job. 5 interviews competency based, with research was okay. Was all remote but a global role so more than one person in different locations, online

The over application process is standard.
However, the response time is quite long. It could go without any feedback (even rejection) for months.
For senior jobs it is not a good experience.
7 interviews covering various competencies separately with the final one with the Line Manager. However, covering one competency individually allows one to get into the depths and useful for the candiates and employer.
