Bark Design interview questions

The interview process for this position consisted of multiple phone interviews with the hiring manager & design director, a short questionnaire during the application process and lots of "following up"

Had a phone interview and was requested to do a test project. Spent the whole weekend on the project and submitted that Monday. Never heard anything back. Complete waste of my time and very disrespectful to the creative industry. Believe it or not, we like having time off too!
