I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Barksdale School Portraits (Aston, PA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Not much of an interview. They go over what the company does and some basic information you should know before accepting the job. It's more or less based on if you feel you are right for the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Barksdale School Portraits (Aston, PA) in July 2022
Interview
A short 30 minute conversation discussion the job. Going over what happens on a basic shoot day and travel concerns. Prior experience shooting is also discussed as well as comfortability taking on the job.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Barksdale School Portraits
Interview
The process was to sit in the room with a guy who doesn't know much about actual photography. It took about an hour of him explaining on how the jobs works and that was pretty much it. He might have taken me on a tour, I am not sure. If you interview here, you don't need to do any prep just show up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
This interview was just a conversation with the photography manager, they did not ask real questions. It was more about just telling you about that job. I got the impression from the interview that they pretty much hire anyone with a pulse. I was correct in my assumptions after seeing some of the people working at this place.
