Interview
Manager Interview, followed by a Peer Interview, then DM Interview. Afterwards, they performed two job reference checks and began onboarding process. Mostly they all asked the same pre-typed questions from the same form.
One interview very loose customer service based questions, very little dialogue around leadership, task management and business development. The job itself entailed all of these topics. There could have been additional insight to the job in the interview process.
