Prescreened and then met with a few attorneys who seemed very nice and would be good to work with. Discussed my skills as they related to the job requirements and expectations.

Interview
Very thorough with the managing partners. They explained the job duties and case processes. The interview was about 1 hour and a half. They discussed the background of each attorney and their specialization and the different teams and assistants within each team.
