The interview lasted around an hour and was conducted by a panel of three interviewers. It consisted of five competency-based questions. The company used interview recording software which appeared to guide the structure of the interview in real time. The panel were professional and welcoming, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere. They also asked follow-up questions where needed to help draw out more detail from my answers
