Was good and fun process. Was with other intern candidates, was competitive as well. The people running interviews conducted it well and were nice. Was more relaxed than formal, but still competitive as other candidates were interviewing at same time

Behavioral interview. Thorough and pertinent on values and being self-driven. They care about the culture and hammer into you that managing people's money is an important job in life. They do push you towards insurance, though, which can be a turn-off.
Intro with manager, then 5 person panel along with other candidates. This is a stressful process as you’re in the room with other people competing for the job. Never had an interview like that.
