Normal Process nothing special about their interview process. Change the senior employess atleast (Mr Bucket). So the some good seniors/team leads can ask and get good employees for Barracuda. My honest feedback is dont ever join this company atleast for Techinical support team. there are 2 buch of idiots waiting their to ruin your carrier. Mr Bucket is waiting with his dummy knowledge and will not allow you to grow in your carrier.
