Virtual interview was professional with a combination of behavioral and technical questions (i.e. cloud technologies, etc.). However, I thought it was odd that they were looking for a SW director to write/push source code (in case of emergency need) and only overseeing 2 employees.

The interview process involves various departments, and depending on what you are applying for, your availability to travel is important. You need to be reliable, responsible, and love cars. Confidentiality is something you need to accept.
