Less than rigorous. Applied online through the template application, went in for a brief (~10 minute) interview later that week, was offered a job at the end of the in-person interview. "Trial shift" sealed the deal, but I felt that the job was pretty guaranteed beforehand. Coming from a service background, I felt the interview was much more about sussing out personality than anything else. My understanding for the next several weeks was that if I failed to perform, I would not be invited to move on from the training session.
