Bartlett's Restaurant interview questions

Manager did not ever look up during interview. He was quick and to the point with his questions. Then he says we require 3 years of fine dining experience for all roles at Bartlett's (which is not a fine dining restaurant). I do have experience serving and hosting in fine dining at, at least two places and that did not seem to matter. I told him that requirement was not listed on the ad for the position. I think he made that up on the fly.
