Interviewed with a gentleman named Nick. I wasn't chosen for the position but Nick went above and beyond and passed my resume to a different department with his recommendation. I ended up getting a different job title for the other department. Barton Malow followed through when they said they would and everyone that I have talked to through the hiring process have been great.

The company reached out promptly and set up an initial phone interview. The interview went well and the HR rep was pleasant. This is where the positive experience ends. The company did not communicate regarding the interview at all after that. I followed up twice and both times HR claimed that the hiring manager was out of office. This was more than 6 months ago.

Smooth and Very open! Great company culture. Honest about culture, upcoming work and what expectations are. Left feeling like i had known more about the company than when i stepped in.
