Base Commerce interview questions

I was originally poached on LinkedIn my a recruiter who was sourcing the job on behalf of Base Commerce. They reached out to me via Messenger and sent my information to Base's CMO. From there, there was a phone interview, and then a formal interview was scheduled at Base Commerce's headquarters in Tempe, AZ. The interview itself was very casual, with the CMO directly, and more of a conversation than a stuffy, formal interview. We sat in their Conference Room and chatted casually, almost as if it wasn't a real interview, but like a conversation with someone in a very casual setting, which made it easier to talk and get to know each other.
