I applied online. I interviewed at Baseball Info Solutions
Interview
No complex application process, just emailed my resume and cover letter to one of the employees. Interview process just required a 30 minute phone call to make sure you were competent. After the interview they gave you a basic baseball test via one of their programs. This involved being able to identify pitches and locations to make sure you at least knew something about baseball.

Question 1
General behavioral questions, nothing too specific about baseball.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Baseball Info Solutions (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2016
Interview
Meet with several employees at the Baseball Winter Meetings. I initially attended an informational meeting hosted by BIS employees - about 5 in total - and then later was called back for an interview. The interview was very laid back and conversational. I was asked about my background, my knowledge of baseball, and several other questions gauging my knowledge of relevant baseball terminology.
