Started with a phone call, then a technical interview, asking about your selling style and strategy, then an assessment call and an assignment, then a final interview with the sales director
First they asked me about my self then my experience then i told them about my job description and my role with my last company and they asked me about my salary range

I received a screening call from the HRBP and then we scheduled the interview. I've been interviewed online. It was a group interview (The HRBP, The hiring manager, and AM team leader).

-Role Play (Cold Call); Usually, In cold calls, we are not seeking to close, we just bring the attention of the lead + to evaluate his capacity to pay + need + and try to be as much as we can nice. They are looking for someone who can close in a cold call however the job title and description is AM, so the role play should be about retention/upselling/solving issues/onboaring.
