Interview
First with HR manager, then with department manager, and final with store GM. You will meet with HR manager first to get a basic introduction to company and your overall abilities. The department manager will see what your knowledge of the products is. The GM will give final approval pretty much based off of department and hr reviews.

Interview
Started at an Open House event, The manager asked a few simple questions and scheduled me for a second interview which was more in depth. Got called for a 3rd in which I was asked a couple more simple questions and then offer the position.
