Trying to set the amount of hours or commitment you can give them since retail demands a lot of weekend and holiday hours
Informal interview on the spot at the corporate office. Was offered a job. The interview was one on one. Quickly got me into an orientation class. Printed my ID badge immediately.

Quick in person interview asking basic questions about my knowledge of the industry and customer base. Was over before I even knew it. They hire fast because people quit fast due to it being an awful job filled with racist people.
