I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BassTech International (Fort Lee, NJ)
Interview
I applied online through Indeed. Received a phone call a few days later from one of the senior managers who questioned me a bit about my resume. He had me come in for an interview scheduled about a week later. As soon as I arrived I received a brief aptitude test that asked me basic questions with some moderate math questions. They soon took me in where two of the senior managers questioned further about my resume and experiences. They were both very nice and laid back. They explained how they were looking for someone who would be genuinely interested in the industry as well as someone who could deal with the very long learning curve which was necessary for the position (I was not to either).

Question 1
What type of position do you ultimately see yourself in?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BassTech International in Sept 2010
Interview
Before the actual interview, I was given a very simple intelligence test. Then I interviewed with one of the owner's of the company. The person I interviewed with was very laid back, which made me feel very comfortable. I was asked very basic questions about my background--I wasn't asked any behavioral/situational interview questions. I was invited back for a second interview to meet with another owner of the company, which also seemed to go quite well.
