Bastion Technologies interview questions

Standard interview process. Initial phone screen to schedule in person interview. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. Typical interview questions. Where it got weird is when the department manager began to ask me my current compensation during the interview. I received a follow up call a month later (too long in any professional setting) in which i received an offer that reduced my time off from my current compensation. I requested that to be adjusted and never heard back. The impression I got was that I was actively bidding against myself. Company and hiring team can kick rocks. Totally unprofessional from top to bottom.
