I applied for the job and was called within a few days to schedule an interview. I arrived promptly and we met in a private location within the facility to discuss my credentials. I received a tour of the facility, and then discussed the vision for the company. The interviewer answered questions about how the facility currently runs and discussed expectations for working with the clients. My philosophy and outlook was prioritized over skills with meeting regulations and policy. I was also introduced to some of the clients. Salary negotiation were briefly covered. I offered a range that seemed appropriate to the position, and to my credentials and this seemed to be taken well. I was told I would be called with a decision some time the following week when the final interviews were complete. At the time of this review, only two business days have passed since the interview.
