Bates Group interview questions

The process starts with HR reaching out with a job fit screening. Next, there are 2 rounds of interviews with a peer and then one with direct management. Lastly, there is a programming/analytics test. I was offered the position and negotiated salary/benefits, but the offer was later rescinded after negotiation. The experience was positive overall.
