Interview
Has a very lengthy interviewing process, and a very, very, very long decision making process.
Usually two phone interviews followed by a whole day's length of interviews on campus in Columbus.
Make sure you have one question about the interviewers objectives for your position and ask it consistently to each person who interviews you...the variety of conflicting answers will provide an excellent guide on the expectations you'll have to juggle across the position.

Interview
Several interviews that were situational and behavior based. The interview had no bells or whistles and lacked warmth. There was a one-on-one interview, group interview, interview with HR, and telephone interview. The work culture appeared to be informal but tense.
