Two rounds. The first was a 15 minute call with a recruiter asking about my resume. The second I met with two hiring managers. They asked me about my experience and described the positions they were looking to fill. We talked for 30 minutes. I never heard back from them or the recruiter.

I recently had a phone screen interview with Battelle, and it was a very pleasant experience. The conversation was more of a get-to-know-you discussion, focusing on my background and interests rather than technical grilling. The interviewer was friendly and professional, which made the process feel welcoming and low-pressure.

I applied online. Just had the initial call where they asked about my background and what I had been working on. Was a little bit technical, but nothing especially challenging. I asked questions about the product and the job. Whilst the call went well and I had a good rapport with the interviewer, I was then rejected with a generic "your profile wasn't quite what we were looking for". I asked for elaboration because clearly my profile was enough to warrant the initial call, but my email was ignored.
