Several thought provoking questions that challenged not only my technology skills, but skills in science and out of box thinking. The questions were at times difficult, but not impossible to answer. I did a lot of research in the position before the interview process and learned as much as I could about the history and projects that Battelle was involved in.

Phone interview, and then interviewed with hiring manager. Another interview was setup the same day with a panel interview of 4-5 managers and scientists from other departments. Questions were more geared toward how my skills could be applied to each department and I was given scenarios and how I would handle them.
