I applied online with an application form and CV initially. Following this I was offered an online interview. Second stage interviews included a presentation delivery in person on location. This was supported by information to review and my response to strategic development and opportunities.

Process was clear - written application submitted online and online interview, with a task. Panel were friendly. A lot of questions but was more of a discussion than a scary interview. No unexpected questions and task was straight forwards. Feedback received afterwards could have been more detailed.
