3 step process, first was online, 2nd was with VP and 3rd was with president. Each one became more and more difficult than the last. However, the third really felt like a meet and greet- the president was very kind and approachable.

Pretty routine questions. Very informal and informative. I was asked to stick around and speak with the President who seemed pleasant enough. I was also asked to go back to job shadow. I found this very helpful. Upon leaving, they asked me to send them references. I never heard back from them. This is the first time I’ve been ghosted in my career. Very unprofessional.
