Interview
Unprofessional is very soft a word to be used, this company had red flags from the very first touch-point to the last one.
On my first point of contact, the person interviewing me was apparently not a HR representative, salary band was not even addressed and any questions regarding details of the role were dismissed. During this first meeting they wanted to inmediately schedule another interview while on call and in their haste ended up sending the invite to another candidate.
The following interviews were similar in nature - in the second interview they introduced a live prioritization exercise that was not explained prior and all their explanations of the internal company ecosystem pointed out to a constant struggle in terms of clarity, responsability and accountability, in addition to struggles in reaching internal compromises.
From the second to the fourth interviews, it was jarring that the compensation question was repeated in each one when the standard is to discuss a salary band at the beginning of a selection process and if relevant, again once a offer is extended.
The structure of the interviews was simple: experience breakdown, transferable skills, motivation for the role, and where you see yourself in 5 years from there.
The common point in all interviews was how the team was struggling with projects being started without a proper scope process and how technical teammates were unwilling to collaborate within projects. This particular point was emphasized multiple times in different interviews which gave off the impression that there was a bigger structural company challenge aside the lack of professionalism.
After the last interview and a month long selection process, I requested some feedback on my last interview and was completely ignored. It is unreasonable being unable to provide feedback to a handful of final stage candidates aside from the typical - "this position has been filled" message.

Interview
Tons of time consuming interviews. Even wants you to dos 15 munite power presentation. You're interved by people that have been with the company less than 8 months and aren't even managers. After 4 lengthy hours long interviews they send you a generic email..no phone call and no no feedback. Pretty impersonal and shows no real care for people or their time. Glad I got hired at a great company earlier today.but what a waste of time applying to this place!
