many rounds! cover letter, phone interview, submit lesson plan, phone interview, in-person PANEL interview! the whole process went smoothly though and it seems like very nice people work there. the panel interview was kind of stressful initially but everyone is very open and gracious there. whole process took one month from cover letter submission to hiring decision.
