I interviewed 3 times with BADM and was very disappointed with their organization and communication throughout the process. The interview timeline was excessive and included a panel interview for the third round. The whole process lasted from July 2022 to the last week of October 2022. After reaching out and hearing nothing back after my third interview, I assumed I did not get the job. However, three weeks after my third interview I received an email informing me they were still making a decision. Over a month later, I received another email informing me I was not selected. All of this for a job that barely pays a livable wage.
