Bay Area Hospital interview questions

In an hour long interview, I was asked two questions. Most of the meeting was the four people I met with conversing with each other like a staff meeting, or them describing how difficult the job is and the horror stories they've experiences. I left feeling like they didn't really want me there, or at least that I wouldn't fit in.
