The owner Christina was on her cell phone half the time during the interview. During my first two interviews they had mostly talked about my ideas for advertising and bringing the new Wesley Chapel location to the attention of the community. Then, they brought in a dog sitter that had been there a grand total of six weeks for the entire interview, and said they were making her the assistant manager and that she had previously worked at Moffitt for 9 years. I'd like to know if she worked at Moffitt 9 years and did some advertising, why she is no longer there and why they would promote her that quickly. She leaves a position at Moffitt after 9 years (which is and excellent company) to walk dogs for 16$/hr? Really? Seems fishy. It's altogether odd and unorganized. The upper management seems fake and disconnected with what is needed to run an effective business. When someone who has more experience comes in to give suggestions on how to improve their clearly toxic work environment they don't want to improve, they want to work their people to death and cause burn out. They don't care about work/life balance. The pets are not properly taken care of, as one died of heat stroke because the care worker didn't put water outside with the dog. I would not feel safe taking my dog there and I would not work for a company or want to be part of a company like this. One of the worst places I've ever interviewed with. Scratch that. It was the worst one I've ever interviewed at. I don't think this company will be around in 15-20 years period.
