I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bay4 Energy in June 2020
Interview
I had a phone interview with HR to discuss my qualifications before I was set up with a remote video interview with many members of the team I would be working with. I was asked a number of technical questions and was not expected to necessarily know the correct answers, but was expected to show how I would think about and work through these problems.

Interview
Met with direct supervisor and most of the members of the team via Zoom chat and we discussed my background, the job responsibilities, what they are looking for in a candidate, and other typical interview questions. I was given ample time to ask my own questions and was very satisfied with the answers I received. Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgable, and it was overall a great experience. .
