Well my interview was at 2:00pm and I arrived at HR at 1:45pm to be sitting and waiting until 2:30pm before the interview person came out and told me she was sorry my paperwork got lost on her unorganized desk and she was unable to find it. She then took me to the interview room where she asked me 3 questions the last question consisted of do you smoke tobacco I told her that I did and she then got up and said well I cant go any further with this interview you would have to be tobacco free for 1 year, I then explaned to her that there were her nurses across the street that I saw walk over there from the hospital smoking how could she disqualify me because I do the same thing that they do and she replied to me that she knows that the employees at the winter haven hospital do not smoke or drink or do drugs and she walked me to the door I then thanked her for her time and she looked at me and told me CYA and slammed the door.... this is one place that I would NEVER apply for again no wonder they have so many openings I would quit there too if I had to deal with people like that.
