Yes, the interview was easy.
it started with the aptitude test. It was an intermediate level.
Later the next level was of 1 to 1 interview asking java, SQL basic questions but 75% I gave correct answers still they told me that they will tell me later.
I don't think they bother freshers.
I think management needs to be improved. At least you should give feedback to the candidate in which part he is lagging behind.

Interview
1:You have to score 50% or more then that in pen and paper test(ELQ).
2.Then technical round 3 or 4 depending on your profile.
3.If you are fresher they try to negotiate salary as much as they can.
4.Mostly they focus on hiring fresher for unpaid internship.
5.After that they will say ,will connect you later on(if they found you good for job).
