The design team does the initial vetting of resumes/portfolios, then the HR team takes over for 1st interviews. 2nd interview was performed by the design Principle and Associate in person.

Are you the type of person, after a long week, to go home and need to decompress, or go and get a drink or dinner with coworkers?

Interview
I had a phone interview with a hiring manager that lasted approximately 1 hour. It was a typical interview with typical questions. I had no interviews after the phone interview. I was seeking a company with growth potential, and it was clear from the phone interview that Bayer Becker didn't offer that.
