Overall friendly interview panel and standard behavioral interview. My negative experience is from the positions for Agronomic Research Specialist II in Wisconsin and North Dakota, which are likely ghost jobs. Both have been open for over a year and are constantly being reposted. Interviewed well with positive feedback and already have all the licenses wanted for the job along with meeting all requirements, ghosted after the final interviews. No way these positions are real positions. I think they are just screening candidates for when they're not in a hiring freeze or something. If they were really hiring for these positions, they would not take over a year to fill.
