Interview
The first process after passed the paper screening is phone interview. They use competence based interview related to their company values. Then if you passed the phone interview, you will be invited to the head office for user interview. Some positions require assessment center.

Lamentable. Nunca había vivido algo similar. Trato burlesco, rozando la falta de respeto. Te miran por encima del hombro, con mucha soberbia. Te hacen preguntas y no paran de cortarte sin opción a responder. Los comentarios son zascas, con mala intención. Entrevista de 3h para que al dia siguiente te vuelvan a llamar diciendo que se les ha olvidado preguntar 2 cosas más...

Behavioral based questions with phone call then in person. Long, repetitive process that took several months. Questions that they asked seemed like they were pretty standard. Reviewed my resume and asked about prior jobs I’ve held.
I was interviewed in Dublin office of Bayer in march 2019. It was very short interview which was mainly about experience and availability for internship. I didnt recieve any feedback after interview
