I received a phone call from the operations manager about the position I applied for less than a week after I applied. The conversation was mainly casual, just mainly for me to introduce myself and what I was looking for in a job. Where else I have applied, and the stage I was in the interview process. The conversation was about 10 minutes. She told me a little more about the company and after the conversation ended she told me I would be interviewing with the account director next. The next day was my phone interview with the account director. She asked me questions about why I chose sales, the experience I have with sales ect. I was the scheduled for an in person interview; it was with the account director, and an account executive.
