I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health in June 2017
Interview
Received LinkedIn request to contact recruiter about potential interest in the position (was unaware that position was available). I formally applied for the role, and was then contacted by a different recruiter. I shared historic job experience and pay information; there were a few concerns about my current and historic pay rates versus what was being offered, which I immediately addressed (pay was not the primary driver). The interview was scheduled relatively quickly. I had an informal interview, followed a week later by multiple formal interviews. Post final interview, a recruiter asked me to complete a formal application, including information I had previously provided (verbally) to another recruiter. Later received a call to advise that they were still interviewing candidates. Weeks passed...radio silence. I proactively reached out to the recruiter for feedback; I never heard back. Very disappointed in the process. I completely appreciate not having been selected, but would have expected a call-back from the recruiter to close the loop, especially since they solicited my application.

Interview
Very efficient interview process. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and panel of peers. Process took a couple of weeks from start to finish. Standard set of questions about my past experience and how I'd handle new situations.
