The interview starts with a face to face interview with team or members of the team. Usually the first question will start out with " Tell us a little about yourself". After that the interview will progress and you have the opportunity to ask questions. And the final part will either be a tour of the facility or the chance to stick around for a couple of hours. You may also be invited back for a second interview to meet with the rest of the team.
