      Interview

I was first interviewed in-person at a conference. A 2-day follow-up interview was then done at the campus. During this time, there are various faculty meetings, a presentation to a group, and meetings with different administrators in the college and university. Each individual meeting lasts about one hour and is quite unique depending on the interests of the one doing the interviewing.

      Application

I interviewed at Baylor University (Waco, TX)

      Interview

The zoom interview was very professional and cordial. I was not short listed after the interview so I can not speak to the onsite process. The committee included nonfaculty which was unusual. The chair was extremely helpful and let me, on inquiry, that I was not moving on prior to the completion of the search. I reached out because I was considering other positions.

      Question 1

Normal. Asked about my past experience and specific academic and work experience related to the position.
