Bayside Solutions interview questions

My rep from this agency was really supportive and helpful throughout the recruitment process. They are least available and happy to help. First it was a call to introduce themselves and talk about the position followed by clear instructions on follow up interview calls .

Over a month long interview process, 2-3 rounds. First two are with the associate from Bayside and the company they will be placing you in. Final round is with 2-3 people from the company you will be joining. They offered me the position and decided to withdraw it after a whole week due to sudden work authorization issues. Highly unprofessional of them to not know such crucial details ahead of time and wasting the candidate's time so callously.
