was asked to wait and waited for almost 2-3 hours and then the owner arrived and there were only some questions exchanged and i was selected, questions like normal profile related some or other way to troubleshoot the things.
one example would be : he was looking the previous employment and was looking at my previous background and offered job on the basis of that only.
other would be : he's friendly and if he sees potential , will select you
