Applied online. Initial Interview over teams a few questions to try and catch me which was strange.
Got an email the next week saying "I've decided to move forward with an excellent candidate from within our organisation, and this morning they accepted my offer of the role" Which was even more strange as the full cycle of interviews were not completed,
It seems the plan was to always to for with a candidate within the organisation.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Beacon (London, UK) (London, England) in July 2025
Interview
It was a pleasant interview experience despite not getting the offer. I got invited for a phone interview (first screening) within 4 days of my application. The second stage was an interview with the head of CS and Senior CS team member. The interviewers were friendly and left a great impression.

What is one software that you like to use and why? Is there a time when you need to say no to a customer me? Describe a time when you help customer through a complex technical issue? One IQ question towards the end which requires some calm, logical thinking

3 stages with the Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. First was a telephone interview, followed by a video interview and then spent a morning in the office. The whole process was calm and relaxed
